Payment Process:
Commissions will be conducted on my Ko-Fi page.
Payment will be made 100% upfront, but if additional fees are accured during the process, they will be paid via PayPal or Ko-Fi.

The Commission Process:
I will begin the commission as soon as I receive payment and you are next on queue.
Photo references of the character(s) are required. References for composition, posing, environment, and color palette are greatly appreciated.
If I require any additional information, I will contact the client.
After the sketch is finished, I will check in with the client and inquire about any revisions.
I require clear confirmation of whether or not the client is satisfied with the sketch before proceeding with the commission.
After the sketch is confirmed, I will update you with the completion status of the piece.
Once the commission is completed and no revisions are wanted, I will send you a Google Drive link containing the final piece.
The Google Drive will include an unwatermarked PNG and JPG for personal use, and a watermarked JPG for online posting.

Revisions:
I allow small revisions throughout the whole commission process.
If a severe change to the piece is requested, I will charge extra or decline the change.
I will not make a major revision if the piece is near completion.

Commissions are for Personal Use only (includes gifts.)
If you wish to acquire Commercial Use (for content production, merchandise, advertising), please discuss this with me before commissioning me.
I reserve all rights to my work and may use it in my portfolio and on social media.
You may not claim my artwork as your own.
You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent. Minor alterations such as cropping the piece is allowed (cropping the watermark while posting on social media is prohibited.)
The finished piece may posted on social media by the client with credit towards my username on that platform.
The commissioner may not reproduce my art for a profit (ex: selling prints of the commission.) Personal prints are allowed.
Cancellation and Refunds:
No refunds after the client approves the sketch.
If complications arise and I cannot complete the piece, I will issue a full refund. Do not request a PayPal chargeback, I will transfer the money back myself.
If you issue a chargeback at any point, you will lose any rights to use the piece and will be forbidden from commissioning me in the future.

Physical Commissions
(gouache paintings, custom merchandise)
I will calculate the shipping cost in the final quote.
It will take around 2-5 weeks to complete paintings/handmade merchandise commissions.
Depending on revisions or the size/complexity of the piece, it may take longer than the initial estimated completion date.
The tracking number will be provided once the shipping label is created.

Gouache Archival Care Instructions
Since gouache is a water-based medium, keep the painting away from water to avoid reactivating the paint.
Avoid displaying the painting in direct sunlight to prevent the paint from fading.
Please research how to archive watercolor artwork in your specific environment!
